Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in supporting and handling enquiries from travel agent via email and phone;
  • Provide internal ticketing support to the organization and outstations;
  • Compile daily sales reports and other relevant monthly reports;
  • Manage complaints and enquiries raised by CRD;
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives or projects;
  • Provide timely notifications and protection plan to passenger or agents during flight irregularity and disruption;
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports;
  • Handle enquiries through corresponding with Customer Service Centre and travel agents;
  • Provide support to local sales offices with any marketing events or promotions; and
  • Assist with ad-hoc task as required.

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines;
  • At least 1 years of relevant working experience in sales or airline commercial; good understanding of airline industry would be an advantage;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work as a team player;
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with high sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to collect all relevant information and analyses complex problems and issues;
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking and organization skills;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and           
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
