Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day human resources operations, including but not limited to employee onboarding support, document preparation, benefits management, employee mobility, leave management, and employee data management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Handle employment visa applications and visa renewals
  • Assist the team head in reviewing and streamlining the workflow to enhance value and efficiency
  • Support human resources-related projects, exercises, and initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal human resources teams to execute daily processes and procedures
  • Support in resolving employees’ human resources-related inquiries and cultivating a customer-oriented culture
  • Provide coaching and development to the team to drive performance excellence
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, Human Resources related discipline is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Solid experience in employment visa applications and visa renewals
  • Familiar with the HRIS system
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a good team player
  • High integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and employee information
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is required
