Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversea the daily operation of the company kitchen
  • Control the quality of food preparation and production to ensure that they meet the company standards 
  • Design the menu, manage the procurement and inventory, strictly control the cost and quality of ingredients
  • Reduce the waste, optimize the storage and use of ingredients
  • Ensure the kitchen areas with high standard in food quality, safety & cleanliness 
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as required

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Japanese cuisine restaurant
  • Strong passion and determination for the success in F&B industry
  • Good knowledge of food production and cooking skills
  • Familiar with F&B operation, sourcing and cost control management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Work Location: Beijing
