Reporting to General Manager, Compensation & Benefits, this role will be responsible for designing, developing and renewal of all compensation and benefits related programs and policies to ensure legal compliance and to remain competitive in the industry and market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement various HR initiatives such as pay & benefits programs, expatriates’ package, etc. for both headquarters and outstations;
  • Actively participate in the regular annual compensation activities including compensation planning cycle, incentive plans, salary survey, etc;
  • Ensure country benefit programs are based on the market practice and compliant with local laws and regulations;
  • Provide compensation & benefits advice as well as mobility planning to HR teams at outstations and review their policies to ensure alignment with corporate office;
  • Handle C&B related reports, forecast staff cost and coordinate annual budget;
  • Oversee HR system enhance and maintenance; and
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder is preferred
  • 8 years of related C&B experience, in which at least 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Good knowledge of employment ordinances and C&B practices in Hong Kong is a must
  • Knowledge of C&B practices in China, Taiwan and Japan is an advantage
  • Confident, self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Strong numerical, analytical and excel skills
  • High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and employee data
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
