Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate effective growth strategies for user acquisition, activation and retention through performance and data-driven marketing campaigns

• Responsible for user operation of life cycle, continuously optimize operations through building user funnel; understand users via data analysis, improve user acquisition, conversion and retention and facilitate products iteration

• Analyze individual products’ features, market needs, sales data, consumer behavior, and the competitive environment to formulate respective marketing strategy and activities

• Assist to excute the marketing plan, driving user conversion and revenue growth, minimize acquisition cost and maximize ROI through various digital channels, including but not limited to eDM, display AD, SEM, etc

• Provide regular reports with recommendations for optimization on business performance, market intelligence, and program effectiveness

• Assist to execute marketing activities such as communications, concepts development, copywriting, production support

• Assist in performance analysis from all digital channels to generate insights and recommendations for internal customers. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing technologies and trends; explore possible opportunities to implement such new technologies into marketing campaigns

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Media, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines

• Preferably 3/5 years’ experience in digital marketing and/or growth marketing

• Working in travel / hospitality industry, digital marketing agencies or MNC regional marketing role is a plus

• Sensitive to data with strong analytical skills and problem solving ability

• Knowledge in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics & Tableau is an advantage

• Experience in handling online acquisition campaigns including SEO, SEM, display banner, social media and mobile marketing with proven track record

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese for copywriting

• Always keep abreast of the growth & digital marketing landscape, latest trends and best practices

• Highly motivated with excellent project management skills

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor
