Responsibilities

• Oversee manpower and performance of station control
• Ensure On-Time Performance of the ex-HKG departure flight and ensure smooth handling
• Manage, coordinate and handle irregular flight and affected passenger when required;
• Coordinate and communicate flight recovery plans and collectively come up with the best outcome for the operation and the business;
• Prepare daily report for operational review;
• Follow up with station performance team for rectification;

Requirements

• Tertiary or above;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation or civil airline;
• Ramp or aircraft towing or passenger handling experience will be an advantage;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus);
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
