Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling full spectrum of talent development functions, including in-house training, external training classes and eLearning platform;
Deliver, review and update various training initiatives to enhance the employee’s competencies;
Ensure smooth, timely and effective implementation of people development initiatives and training programs;
Support organizational change initiatives by designing and facilitating workshops and meetings;
Source external training, development and assessment providers;
Assist in the development of succession planning and talent development framework, process, mechanism, materials, tools and interventions;
Assist in organizing staff welfare and recreational activities and Corporate Social Responsibility programs;
Liaise with the external partners to develop and maintain a comprehensive privilege programs to our staff; and
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Degree holder is preferred
3 years people development or employee relations experience is preferred
Knowledge of e-training platform and people development tools will be advantaged
Strong business acumen, energetic, self-motivated and excellent communication skills
Knowledge in MS Office application e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
