  • Responsible for handling full spectrum of talent development functions, including in-house training, external training classes and eLearning platform;
  • Deliver, review and update various training initiatives to enhance the employee’s competencies;
  • Ensure smooth, timely and effective implementation of people development initiatives and training programs;
  • Support organizational change initiatives by designing and facilitating workshops and meetings;
  • Source external training, development and assessment providers;
  • Assist in the development of succession planning and talent development framework, process, mechanism, materials, tools and interventions;
  • Assist in organizing staff welfare and recreational activities and Corporate Social Responsibility programs;
  • Liaise with the external partners to develop and maintain a comprehensive privilege programs to our staff; and
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.



  • Degree holder is preferred
  • 3 years people development or employee relations experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of e-training platform and people development tools will be advantaged
  • Strong business acumen, energetic, self-motivated and excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office application e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
