Job Description

This post will be part of Airline Planning Team to assist the Manager, Strategic Planning in devising a seasonal schedule, managing airport slots and securing schedule approvals in accordance with industrial guidelines, local rules and regulations. In the role, candidate can expect to develop professional and technical knowledge in schedule planning management, including but not limited to airport slots utilization and compliance, operating permit and schedule approval applications and liaison with the local aeronautical authorities. 

Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate slot application process for IATA slots filing and schedule approval.
• Monitor the utilization of airport slots to ensure compliance with the slot enforcement rule and assist in obtain necessary approvals from aeronautical authorities as needed.
• Attend IATA Slot Conference and respective meetings hosted by overseas aeronautical authorities when necessary.
• Conduct analysis for various planning related projects and support relevant strategic projects as needed.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Aviation/ Logistics/ Tourism or related discipline.
• 2-years experience in Aviation/ Logistics/ Tourism industry is a plus. 
• Proficient in computer skills and MS Office Applications. 
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English. Putonghua is a plus.
• Good communication, organisation and data analytic skills.
