Responsibilities:

  • Design, evaluate and implement total compensation & benefits strategies and programs;
  • Evaluate and review incentive and bonus programs to support business goals;
  • Lead the payroll team to ensure accurate and on-time payroll services, including but not limited to regular payroll, final payment, pension scheme and tax related issues etc;
  • Review job classification framework and salary structures; provide advice on job grading, and carry alignment to salary structures whenever necessary;
  • Review C&B policies, insurance policies, holidays, allowances and other benefits in Hong Kong and outstations regularly;
  • Participate in salary surveys in the market, lead market intelligence and benchmarking;
  • Monitor HR & Administration budgets and prepare the budget reports;
  • Enhance company’s HRIS system and lead the HR automation; and
  • Support other ad hoc projects as required.

 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree holder;
  • At least 10 years of experience in the areas of Compensation & Benefits;
  • Experience to participate and use market remuneration survey reports;
  • Well-versed in HR related ordinances, including employment ordinances, salary tax ordinances, MPF ordinances in Hong Kong;
  • Knowledge of HR regulations in APAC region is an advantage;
  • Deep understanding of compensation administration;
  • Detail-minded, agile, good analytical and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Proven experience to implement or enhance HRIS;
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills;
  • Candidate with more experience can be considered as Deputy General Manager, C&B.
