Responsibilities：

• Attend meal presentations and participate in the evaluation of tenders and set up catering service in new destination when required.
• Draft and review the standard of inflight meal and monitor the quality of meal from all caterer companies.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations (CAD), applicable standards (including IOSA, ISO) and company requirements with regards to safety, security, quality and service.

Requirements：

• 3-5 years of experience in aviation catering industry, menu development. Pricing experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.  
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese, Putonghua is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Team player and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Degree is preferred.
