  • Manage and grow corporate accounts, actively communicating with clients to meet/exceed sales targets;
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts to analyze trends and ensure budgeted goals are achieved;
  • Adjust pricing policy in a timely manner based on flight timetables and market conditions;
  • Oversee corporate sales, agent and fare application;
  • Conduct statistical analysis on flight revenue and draft related sales reports;
  • Coordinate with Manager to develop strategic sales plans identifying new marketing opportunities for corporate travel segments; and
  • Manage client visit and maintain strong relationships with corporate account and business partners.



  • Bachelor / Associate Degree in Business or related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in account management or customer services field (experience with Chinese corporations preferred);
  • Knowledge in aviation or tourism would be an advantage;
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated with strong desire to succeed and willing to take up challenges;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure;
  • Good English and Chinese written and spoken skills, with fluency in Putonghua; and
  • Strong computer skills, such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
