Responsibilities

• Develop, publish and implement the seasonal flight schedule;
• Implement tactical changes to meet commercial and operational requirement;
• Evaluate, coordinate and negotiate with internal departments and external parties on day-to-day commercial, schedule and operational issues;
• Improve efficiencies in the planning, scheduling and implementation processes as the key user of the planning systems;
• Monitor the slot utilization and co-ordinate with outports to secure government approvals and filings;
  Update and maintain the operations system in accordance to the latest flight schedule; and
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements  

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in aviation would be an advantage;
• At least 8 year of working experience including 3 year of experiences in commercial or operational planning;
• Knowledge in scheduling and operational system such as Oasis and PDC;
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills are required;
• Strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a team;
• Ability to work under pressure and independently ; and
• Good command of written English and Chinese, fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is required as well.
