Responsibilities：

• Ensure the scheduled maintenance tasks are complaint in accordance with HKA maintenance requirements

• Oversee the performances of PPC with the routine work and ensure the all staff can fulfill their duty and responsibility
• Review and approve the planning process for varies aircraft fleet operated by HKA
• Manage the resource, budget and cost of PPC
• Setup, adjust and justify the workflow and procedure for the division operation and process
• Liaise with contracted maintenance organizations to setup the interface process between each party, and concerned negotiation in case of need
• Collect and analyze the maintenance and operation data for further improvements
• Mentor and guide planning staff development
• Other duties or projects assigned by management

Requirements：

• At least 10 years or above Engineering / Maintenance or relevant experience with at least 5 years working experience in planning work
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Aircraft Engineering, or equivalent
• Holder of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License is preferred
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and attentive to details
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective decision-making skills and willingness to take responsibility
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
