Responsibilities: 

• Prepare accounting entries such as general ledger; prepare related accounting schedules and intercompany current account balance for audit reporting.
• Assist to prepare the month end closing reports and financial statement of outstations.
• Assist to year end annual audit issues and monthly finanical package.
• Assist to prepare tax compuation and coordinate with tax agent to finish tax filing and address tax query in all aspects (both HK and outstations).
• Assist to prepare manual, guidelines review and accounting system support.
• Assist in any ad hoc assignments & projects as required by superiors

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1-3 years' relevant accounting experience
• The member of of HKICPA or other recognized professional bodies will be an advantage.
• Work independently under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in PC & MS Office applications;
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, independently as well as an effective team player.
