Responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigations and counseling sessions with follow-up. Organize and facilitate interviews on disciplinary issues
  • Research and analyze areas for performance improvement
  • Ensure the safety and security of cabin operations are conducted efficiently and according to applicable regulations, regulatory authority, and standards of HKA, IOSA, ISO, etc.
  • Maintain and manage the crew performance record. Consolidate and prepare crew annual performance results. Organize and coordinate administrative functions, including leave matters, budget, etc. 
  • Monitor cabin crew attendance and productivity by administering the Attendance Management Program (AMP), conducting data analysis, reviewing crew profiles and rosters, and implementing corrective measures
  • Identify crew with attendance issues (high level and patterned absence), plan and organize AMP meetings,
  • Arrange medical examinations with the company designated doctor, phone interviews, ad hoc counseling, and any other follow-up 
  • Assist in audit control checks and compliance. Manual updates for ISO 
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other related subjects
  • A minimum of 5 years of cabin crew or airline-related experience and supervisory management experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua is preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good communication skills and techniques
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good work ethics and behavior
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Cabin Crew Performance Officer roles
