Responsibilities

• Formulate route network development plan according to the company's business strategy development goals and aircraft capacity introduction plan;
• Assist in coordinating the mid-term and long-term flight network planning;
• Arrange and formulate the overall flight plan, and make the route network structure more scientific, reasonable and perfect;
• Assist in coordinating and implementing the required routes, air rights, licenses and time resources to improve the route network coverage and market share;
• Optimize and alter short-term strategies based on market developments and available resources;
• Maximize revenue by increasing flight operating efficiency;
• Coordinate with different external parties regarding subsidies and charter opportunities; and
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements  

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in aviation would be an advantage;
• At least 10 year of working experience including 5 year of experiences in airline planning;
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills are required;
• Strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a team;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Good command of written English and Chinese, fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is required as well.
