Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for local and outstations payroll operations, tax, pensions administration; ensure the process is accurate and in compliance with related local and outstations legislation and regulations
  • Compile reports and prepare data analysis for management review
  • Assist in reviewing the standard operating procedure to enhance work efficiency
  • Attend to staff enquiries and provide professional service
  • Assist in UAT for any system enhancement project;
  • Support various HR initiatives such as pay & benefits programs, group insurance renewal, etc. for both headquarter and outstations
  • Participate in other ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder is preferred
  • 5 years of compensation & benefits experience in a sizeable organization
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with payroll & benefits in other Asia countries is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Detail-minded, strong sense of integrity with commitment to quality work and tight schedule
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
