Job responsibilities:

Supplier management and team building:

  • Manage and communicate with supplier team, to complete the basic work of setting up stores and back-end live broadcasting (one-year cooperation period);
  • Provide professional operation team building, including core live streaming positions such as operation, control, content planning, and after-sales management; and
  • Complete the establishment of the team through training, recruitment, etc.

Account and live broadcast room operation:

  • Formulate specific operation strategies to provide operational support for various e-commerce accounts according to the account development plan;
  • Monitor live operation of the live room, including audience interaction, traffic changes, product sales, etc., to solve problems and adjust strategies in a timely manner;
  • Provide on-site control operation and management, including live equipment debugging, screen switching, sound control, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the live broadcast; and
  • Collect and analyze live related data, such as the number of viewers, time spent, purchase conversion rate, etc., and make data reports to provide a basis for optimizing live operations.

Platform traffic improvement, promotion, and advertising placement:

  • Formulate live room operation strategies, traffic enhancement, brand promotion, and advertising placement plans, continuously creating product plans suitable for promotion on various platforms and supporting incentive mechanisms; and
  • Assist in evaluating the feasibility of the matrix account development and providing reference opinions for the development of matrix accounts.

 

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year experience on reporting or media industry;
  • Preferred experience with Douyin backend, Ads optimization and practical experience with online promotion activities;
  • Passion for social media, curiosity for new trends, understanding of platform rules, and familiarity with platform operation strategies are preferred;
  • Strong industry insight, perceptiveness, and cost awareness;
  • Independent planning, copywriting, and editing skills, as well as proficiency in writing and language; and
  • Ability to adapt to the high-intensity work and flexible working hours of live e-commerce.
