Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the department to promote the selection of aircraft introduction methods.
• Collaborate with the relevant teams to assess and recommend appropriate methods for introducing new aircraft
• Thoroughly review and analyze the main commercial terms of aircraft lease agreements and aircraft loan agreement and identifying any potential risk or discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of  rental payments, LC of MR management, and financial reconciliation of aircraft on a regular basis
• Oversee aircraft insurance renewal, insurance certificate renewal, and broker agent selection.
• Monitor the status of existing aircraft loans and leases, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
• Facilitate the smooth process of aircraft redelivery at the end of lease terms.
• Liaise with internal and external business partners and stakeholder.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Aviation Management, Business Administration, Finance).
• Minimum 4 year experience in aircraft introduction.
• Experienced in aircraft operations, leasing or related roles will be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Including Mandarin.
• Strong communication , good interpersonal skills.
