岗位职责:

岗位要求:

  • 年满 18 岁
  • 大学本科或以上学历
  • 流利英语及普通话,能说其他外语者或粤语者优先
  • 有效的全国大学英语四级考试成绩425分或以上; 英语托福考试成绩60分或以上; 雅思考试认证5分或以上; 或托业考试成绩400以上者优先
  • 单手摸高可及至208厘米,并成功通过入职前体检评估
  • 拥有积极和以客户为本的态度、具备良好的沟通技巧
  • 符合入职背景调查相关要求

 Responsibilities:

  • Ensure inflight safety of passengers
  • Deliver excellent customer service which is enjoyable and impressive for passengers
  • Anticipate and respond to passengers’ needs promptly and in a professional manner  

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Bachelor Degree or above 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Putonghua, ability to speak foreign languages or Cantonese would be an advantage
  • A valid CET4 qualification score of 425 or above; English TOEFL score of 60 or above; IELTS test certification with score of 5 or above; or TOEIC test score of more than 400 is preferred
  • A minimum arm-reach of 208cm and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills 
  • Successful employment background check 

 

 

Shortlisted candidates will receive our email invitation to attend Guangzhou on-site interview in late-May 2024. We will assist successful candidates to apply for the work visa in Hong Kong.
