Responsibilities

  • Solicit, identify and handle the leads, enquiries and opportunities in related to Aircraft and Engine Transaction and to manage and optimize the fleet to correspond with company strategy.        
  • Responsible for the negotiation and execution of LOI, SLB Agreement, Novation Agreement and Termination Agreement and other documents and correspondence in related to the transaction and to assure the Conditions Precedent in line with the terms and conditions set forth in the contract and the policies and procedures.       
  • Coordinate input from the Company’s technical, finance, legal and other relevant departments and external advisors as necessary to maximize the benefit of the deal to the company.            
  • Attend aircraft fleet acceptance, delivery, re-delivery events as necessary in order to ensure the conditions are with the contractual agreements.             
  • Participate in relevant training, conference and event and make analysis of the trends and developments within the commercial aircraft sector and the anticipated impact on lessors, airline and asset values          
  • Preparation and commentary on reports on a regular basis for senior management and identifying significant events that require attention from both legal and high-level management             
  • Maintain a good relationship with Key External parties and update these relevant parties the company status on a regular basis and assist in KYC preparation  
  • Manage activities before issue of Hong Kong C of A, including but not limited to LOI / Leasing Agreement Liaison, configuration selection, etc.        
  • Provide Support for all HKAR-183 activities, including but not limited to CoR / CoA / Noise Cert. Application, meetings with CAD, MEL review, AMS review, BPL review, compile Aircraft Reports, aircraft inspection, on site monitoring for maintenance (used a/c), aircraft document and record review, Variation / Exemption application- C of A Requirement.              
  • Liaise with external & internal departments in terms of Engineering matters regarding aircraft introduction.                

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience (or an equivalent amount of aircraft projects) in aviation engineering, projects/TS
  • Degree in Engineering, Aircraft Financing, Aviation, or a relevant discipline
  • Able to take responsibility, make decisions, be well organized, and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in project management                                          
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
