Responsibilities
- Implement HKA's branding and marketing strategies and establish the company-level branding management system to enhance company’s brand image.
- Implement the overall marketing strategy of the company's products including but not limited to new route launch, business class, frequent flyer programs, destination promotion.
- Oversee global digital marketing strategies based on business products promotion content. Manage and optimize digital marketing activities (including but not limited to search engine marketing, live streaming, O2O activities, digital display advertising and data marketing) to achieve the KPIs in online / offline sales, attracting potential customers, and brand building.
- Assist and guide outstations with the planning, execution, and evaluation of existing partnerships and joint promotions; Explore new opportunities with potential partners such as tourism boards and airports.
Requirements
- Degree in Communications / Media / Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 15 years in Branding and at least 5 years in management position. Airlines Industry preferrable.
- In depth knowledge and experience to manage airlines Sales and Marketing activities. Experience in other airlines functions an advantage.
- Excellent management and communication skills to manage cross culture employees, external customer, travel industry partners, government tourism offices and the press and media.
- Represent Company to handle publicity and press conference.
