Responsibilities

  • Gather system requirements from users and business owners, analyze customer needs, assess their technical environment and systems, and develop and implement customized solutions
  • Assist clients in implementing technical solutions, and provide training and technical support to ensure smooth product deployment and usage
  • Track industry technology trends, learn new technologies and advise clients on the latest technical recommendation
  • Participate in the product development process, provide client feedback and technical suggestions to the development team, and promote continuous product optimization
  • Resolve technical issues and challenges clients face, maintain customer satisfaction and build good relationships
  • Assist the team leader in project/product architecture creation and management, plan and business or cross-project/product relationships and priorities
  • Assist the team leader to take charge of a product line and manage the whole project/product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Communicate effectively with business units and internal IT teams to ensure successful delivery/implementation of the product/systems and meet stakeholders’ expectations
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Certification in PMP is a plus
  • At least 3 years' experience in business/systems analysis or 2 years in application development and support
  • Previous exposure to airline operations knowledge
  • Solid technical knowledge and familiarity with common technical solutions and IT systems
  • Experience in system development, capable of understanding and analyzing complex technical issues to provide effective solutions to clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with clients and teams
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability, capable of quickly resolving technical challenges
  • Project/Product Management experience or technical background (decode experience)
  • Customer service orientation and strong teamwork spirit, able to work closely with teams to accomplish tasks
  • Relevant industry or product domain work experience
  • Possession of relevant technical certifications or training experiences
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Immediate availability
