Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property market research, monitor and analyze industry trends to provide actionable insights on market intelligence;
  • Assist in ensuring competitive pricing, optimized inventory to maintain HKA Holidays’ market position;
  • Assist in the timely planning and implementation of marketing strategies and programs;
  • Assist in marketing and advertising campaigns on all digital platforms, such as social media, EDM and search consoles etc.;
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of products and promotional campaign;
  • Work closely with internal team and vendors to implement, troubleshoot, and maintain the product portfolio and B2C sales channels;
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website;
  • Identify and collaborate on external business partnerships to enhance value for our products; and
  • Undertake ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by seniors and management.

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field;
  • At least 2 years experiences in Marketing; experiences in travel or tourism industry would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in Online Marketing Tools is highly preferred;
  • With strong business acumen and insights on local and regional markets;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate, agile and able to cope with fast-paced working environment;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and 
  • Proficiency in Adobe software applications (such as illustrator, photoshop) is an advantage.
