Job Description

  • Monitor the sales office’s performance to meet the Company’s requirements and standard levels;
  • Drive the sales office to meet sales targets and report to management for decision-marking when required;
  • Coordinate the launch of new routes on the distribution channels;
  • Manage joint-promotions, sales targets and KPI establishment;
  • Establish guideline, policies and VIC schemes with the sales office;
  • Review and propose BSP expense and VIC budget costs on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Manage data and optimize processes when improvement areas are identified; and
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as per request.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistic or Tourism related discipline;
  • At least 3 year experiences in analysis or system management, preferably in tourism related industry; 
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfortable with figures. Experience in analytic tools usage and management is preferred;
  • Strong organizational, time management and ability to multi-task;
  • A team player with good communication skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and independently;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; and
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel when required.
  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Officer, Overseas Sales.
