Job Description

  • Perform strategic leadership and support the development and execution of global and local sales and marketing activities;
  • Design annual sales and marketing plans for global and local sales office to contribute to the Company’s annual plan and increase brand awareness in the local markets;
  • Oversee the operation of the B2C system and platform including functionality in areas such as promotion, product development and order processing;
  • Ensure all platform configurations and information are correct and compliant with local regulations;
  • Identify business opportunities to achieve PRASK and POS targets;
  • Implement competitive strategies to increase sales performance across direct channels, FIT agents, corporate TMC and group agents;
  • Manage distribution channels and build strong relationship with BSP agents and corporate customers to maximize revenue contribution; 
  • Collaborate with external parties and partners on Joint promotional sales & marketing events to increase market share;
  • Oversee in-bond sales performance, optimize channel management and review the agent behavior monitoring mechanism;
  • Maintain relationships with local government authorities, local companies and organizations;
  • Perform weak flight analysis, develop and execute tactical sales plans and provide supervision of work tasks; and
  • Handle with ad-hoc task as required.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines;
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in airline commercial or revenue management operation; including 3 years’ experience in managerial level;
  • Solid sales or business development experience with good travel industry and market senses is a must;
  • Have experiences in team management and development;
  • Strong negotiation skills and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking and organization skills;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and         
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
