This role will be part of our Aircraft On Ground (AOG) Team and work in the airline’s Integrated Operations Control Centre to offer timely and professional assistance to airline operations and aircraft maintenance, from coordinating the material supply when the aircraft is grounded to liaising with other airlines and service providers to obtain the requested items for operation use.
Responsibilities:
Support the procurement activities of aircraft components, spares and other requested materials;
Coordinate with internal and external parties to get the requested materials ready;
Update and maintain the AOG desk database;
Prepare daily operations report and attend briefing; and
Take up other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
1 – 2 years of working experience in operations/ helpdesk/ aviation is preferred, fresh grad is also welcome
Good troubleshooting and coordination skills
Like to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Willing to work on shift duty and may need to work overtime to support operations and peak seasons
Basic knowledge in MS Office application e.g. Excel, Word
Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
