Responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations (CAD), applicable standards (including IOSA, ISO) and company requirements with regards to safety, security, quality, service 

  • Assist SP/AM, Crew Service Standards in preparing necessary crew communication regarding service standards and procedure 

  • Benchmarking in-flight services, enhance current standards and develop the service procedure 

  • Data analysis from flight reports, pax survey and other channels   

  • Prepare and conduct various campaign on service and crew standard 

  • Monitor Cabin Defects report / ADD list and refer to the related department 

  • Review and update operation manuals and attend internal audit 

  • Assist in all other assigned projects and task 

 

Requirements: 

  • Tertiary education or above 

  • Minimum 5 years' working experience. Experience in cabin crew service or related experience will be an advantage 

  • Supervisory management experiences are preferred  

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferred 

  • Able to write business letters / correspondence and other communication materials in English 

  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
