Demonstrate an understanding of the business operational needs and formulate and implement the strategies to fulfill the needs.  Build credibility by combining commercial and HR expertise to add value to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate the human resources business partnering strategies at a corporate level
  • Oversee full spectrum of human resources advisory services to all departments, including but not limited to organization restructure, manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment services, talent acquisition, internal transfer, relocation and secondment, performance management, employee relations, etc
  • Ensure the company has optimal level of manpower to support the operations
  • Implement HR related projects, such as staff awards, Graduate Trainee Program, etc
  • Keep abreast of the recent development of HR practices, statutory requirements and make recommendations to the company for continuous improvement
  • Provide professional HR data analysis and suggestions to the management
  • Manage a small team of HRBP teammates
  • Support in resolving employee's HR inquiries and cultivate customer-oriented culture
  • All other duties as assigned

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR managerial experience gained in sizable organization
  • Excellent leadership and management skills to lead the team to achieve operational excellence
  • Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving ability and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and have good analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong self-motivation, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Mature, responsible, independent with positive and proactive attitude
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
