Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and increase market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and travel agencies to secure business deals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service to resolve issues and inquiries effectively.
  • Representation: Represent the airline in Australia, while attending industry events and trade association meetings to promote services.

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines; 
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in tourism or aviation industry;
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning;
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape of the airline industry and a proven track record of driving sales growth;
  • Good time-management and problem-solving skills; 
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure; and          
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
