Responsibilities:
- Support the Duty Manager IOCC to maintain the standard of flight operations including adherence to rules, procedures and legal requirements
- Assist the Duty Manager IOCC to monitor day-to-day operations of IOCC
- Ensure that accurate meteorological, flight planning, navigation, weight & balance information, and runway performance data is made available for pre-flight briefing
- Perform clerical duties, including but not limited to daily and monthly summary preparation to associated departments
- Responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and company requirements ensuring safety and security of the operation
- Responsible for identifying and reporting safety and security hazards and occurrences as per company’s reporting procedures
- Control and manage the Integrated Operations Control Centre to ensure effective and successful maintenance of all planned flight programs
- Perform functions with the external parties (e.g. CAD, Regulatory Authorities, Supplier and relevant operational control entities, etc.) listed in. Crisis Management Manual.
Requirements:
- HKCEE, DSE or above
- Willing to work shift duties including public holidays and oversight shifts
- 1-2 years’ experience in airport operation or aircraft handling. Experience in aircraft dispatch preferred but not essential
- Possess of driving license 1 & 2 preferred but not essential
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in PC operation, good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese language
