Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing yearly route, frequency & seasonal schedule plan according to Company’s development direction and targets. 
• Assist in assessing feasibility for flight changes according to fleet development and adjust network plan accordingly
• liaise with internal parties for new route launching 
• liaise with internal parties for in-season flight adjustment based on market demand 
• Participate in analysis on various planning related projects and support relevant strategic projects as needed.
• To prepare ATLA license application and renewal

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, related working experience in aviation would be an advantage 
• Fresh graduate is also welcome, major in aviation would be an advantage
• Good command of written English and Chinese, fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is required as well
• Strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure
