Responsibilities:

  • Enhance customer handling efficiency by resolve customer issues in a timely matter 
  • Enhance reply quality and customer satisfaction by minimize customer comebacks due to dissatisfaction
  • Independently handle assigned cases, proactively communicate with  internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Ensure information accuracy by comply all complaints with internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory standards.
  • Ensure remedial action taken from insights of customer
  • Be proactive to track customer sentiment on social media channels and drive internal departments to expedite resolution

Requirements: 

  • A University Degree, preferably in Customer Service, Public Relations or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and / or social media experience
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
  • Proactive and has an analytical mind
  • Positive attitude towards customer service
  • Social media savvy with ability to clearly express thoughts and ideas
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy and presentation skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing is a must
