Responsibilities:

• Partner with General Manger to develop group sales strategies, explore potential sales channels, and stimulate demands;
• Responsible for promoting group sales, monitoring utilization, arranging group allocation and group bookings of HKG sales area;
• Assist in planning and implementing of marketing strategies and programs such as product launching, sales information distribution etc.;
• Manage group team and formulate group booking activities, including daily and monthly report;
• Monitor the utilization rate of group bookings to maximize group sales volume and the latest market and competitor information to update group pricing and strategy;
• Arrange commercial agreements with local business partners and retail travel agents to promote group bookings including series groups, ad hoc groups and group advertising etc.;
• Maintain good relationship with travel agencies and business partners;
• Liaise closely with HQ marketing team and other relevant departments to launch Group sales plan, establish a smooth workflow between different departments and handle both external and internal customer expectation;
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks as per required.

Requirement:

• Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in tourism / aviation marketing, public relations or communication;
• Experiences in travel agency or aviation industry is required;
• Result-oriented, self-motivated with strong desire to succeed and willing to take up challenges;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Good time-management and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese, Putonghua, and English;
• Strong computer skills, such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing; and
• Candidate will less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing (GIT).
