Responsibilities

• As a Senior Technical Officer job to monitor operation and maintenance of electrical & mechanical installation
• To supervise in-house technicians and contractors to carry out routine repair and maintenance work installation
• Lead technical staff to carry out maintenance and repair task for building works and building services systems in an efficient, reliable and safe manner ensuring that the required quality standards are achieved
• Provide technical support to facility management team and occupants with respect to building works and building services issue, including fitting out/ reinstatement, minor alteration, modification repair, maintenance and upgrade works with technical comments and advices
• Responsible to ensure the building facilities are maintained in good and normal condition, to minimize the interruption of services to occupants
• Responsible for coordinate and attend emergency calls and urgent repair works
• Supervise and monitor the performance and quality of work of all building maintenance contractors in high standard service level
• To plan, prepare, manage and make recommendation for the building maintenance works
• Prepare and execute the procurement task (i.e Tendering) with documents preparation related with repair and maintenance works

Requirements

• High Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
• At least 5 years of related working experiences in Building Services Operation and Maintenance
• Experience in representing stakeholder for T&C of Building Services systems and follow up on defects rectification works is a must
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License (A / B / R) is a definite advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese. Good commend of spoken Mandarin is preferred
• Willing to work on shifts
• Candidate with less experience and qualification will be considered as Technician, Building Services
