Job Description

• Serve as the responsible officer for HKA’s travel insurance business and ensure the policies comply with all regulations and guidelines;
• Monitor and review HKA’s travel insurance policies, procedures, and practices to ensure they comply with industry standards and best practices;
• Handle all daily transactions of travel insurance business;
• Coordinate product launch-related marketing activities;
• Responsible for business development of travel insurance through different distribution channels to achieve the business targets;
• Develop new business sources and maintain close relationships with key business contacts; and
• Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives. 

Requirements

• Holder of a Responsible Officer License with the Insurance Authority, having passed IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 6;
• Bachelor's degree or above in finance or business-related majors;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry;
• Familiarity with the aviation industry market behavior;
• Strong project management skills and compliance awareness;
• Strong analytical skills to monitor product performance and provide feedback for enhancement;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently;
• Strong commercial acumen to navigate business market changes;             
• Ability to work under pressure and handle ad-hoc projects;                            
• Knowledge of online platform mechanisms; and 
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
