Job Descriptions:

• Assist in the timely planning and implementation of marketing strategies and programmes;
• Conduct sales visits to identify group opportunities, assist with group booking activities and monitor group booking utilization rates to maximize group sales volume;
• Utilize the internal group booking system daily to process group bookings;
• Monitor the latest marketing and competitors’ information to update group pricing strategies;
• Assist in arranging commercial agreements with local business partners and travel agents to promote group bookings, including serial groups, ad-hoc groups and group advertising;
• Provide daily and monthly group booking analysis reports;
• Develop marketing and sales materials for product launches, sales information distribution etc.;
• Liaise closely with Revenue Management team and other departments to execute the group sales plan, establish smooth workflows and manage expectations both internally and externally; and
• Assist with ad-hoc task as required.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines;
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in tourism or aviation industry;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work as a team player;
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with high sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking and organization skills;
•  Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
• Proficiency in MS Office.
