Responsibilities：

• Review defect history and perform investigation for NFF components to provide technical advices to the Procurement Department.
• Identify all reported technical delay cases, follow up the details with line engineer /outstation / Flight operation Department and trace out the root cause for department analysis with improvement suggestion.
• Provide a weekly report for repetitive / critical / significant defects to the Engineering Management and investigation to resolve the defect. To follow up with OEM for solution if necessary.
• Manage long parking aircraft status and continue validity.
• Perform projects as assigned from department management.
• Assist duty maintenance controller to arrange AOG rescue team, spare, tooling and formulate AOG recovery plan.
• Co-operate with other department to investigate and resolve on major technical events.
• Review fleet defect rectification history and OEM technical documents to issue Maintenance Tip as required.
• Liaise with different internal departments to resolve technical issues.
• Review the delay case occurred during the duty or handle over by the last shift to identify if any follow up action need to be taken.
• Acting as controller when necessary.

Requirements：

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Holding HKAR 66 aircraft basic license or equivalent; with min 1 of aircraft type approvals on A320, A330.
• Detailed-Oriented with good technical analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Speaking and Writing).
• Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work in team environment.
• Willingness to perform shift duty and duty travel as assign from M&E management.
• Good project handling skill.
• Good communication/negotiation skills with HKA internal operation department and outstation.
• Good leadership skills and able guide Local MRO and Outstation Engineer for defect rectification.
• Form 5/DSE or above.
