Job Description
- Identify new market opportunities and construct business proposal to secure the deals, contracts, as well as retain customers to achieve long term relationships & company's business objectives;
- Provide professional sales & account management and customer services support to maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers;
- Lead and manage regular customer meetings, customer visits and terminal tours to achieve business purposes;
- Develop effective sales & marketing strategies & solutions, customer presentations & proposals to meet customer needs;
- Plan and develop sales/product/customer promotional activities to increase market awareness;
- Plan and manage the business projects from concept to execution by cross-divisional collaboration;
- Plan and conduct regular marketing research to collect market/competitors' intelligence to identify industry trend, opportunities & threats;
- Plan and manage the annual budget and business reports to monitor business performance;
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline;
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in marketing or partnership. Candidates will less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Marketing & Partnerships;
- Experience in aviation or tourism would be an advantage;
- Self-motivated and attention to details;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently;
- Ability to work under pressure and handle ad-hoc projects;
- Proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel, PowerPoint; and
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
