Responsibilities:
- Assist to develop/update the professional training programs and materials for passenger services training to ensure proper training arranged for station staff
- Deliver professional training and conduct briefing session for passenger handling workforce
- Maintain the latest training materials for the company stations and manage the training record for the station staff
- Responsible for the training contents delivered, especially about the company products & services are identical as well as aligned in the perspective of the company standards, policies and procedures relationship with airline partners, ground handlers
- Co-ordinate and have meeting related to cross departmental issues to smoothen and innovate daily operations
- Launch continuous improvement projects on operations with innovative ideas.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by senior management
Requirements:
- 4 years or above relevant experiences in aviation industry and preferably 1 year in supervisory level
- Tertiary education or equivalent, a Bachelor degree holder will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is required
- Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Good leadership skills and able to lead the team to achieve company goals
- Independent, well-organized and detail minded
