Responsibilities：

• Optimize the procedures and the individual function according to fleet size
• Update the EPM according to fleet introduction and size change
• Ensure the components tasks are completed within timeframe
• Monitor the AD items that ensure no overdue due to the PPC arrangement
• Review mod to determine control method or implementation plan
• Develop and publish the utilization report, EO/EOCOM mod plans and the A check plan
• Develop and publish the C check and LDG change plan every quarter
• Develop and publish the engine change plan according to TS engine change order
• A check policy optimization and implementation
• Support other departments or sections for Aircrafts introduction, Aircrafts phase-out or re-delivery
• Prepare Airframe LDND/component reports for CMR application

Requirements：

• At least 10 years or above Engineering / Maintenance or relevant experience with at least 5 years supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, or equivalent
• Holder of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License is preferred
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and attentive to details
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective decision-making skills and willingness to take responsibility
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
