Responsibilities

• Evaluate and incorporate OEM’s SBs, ADs and prepare work packages for retrofit programs
• Set up cabin policy to meet regulation requirements, manage the Structure/cabin maintenance program
• Source and develop repair scheme for reported damage, maintain aircraft damage chart record
• Monitor and control Weight and Balance, issue Weight & CG Schedule
• Provide on-site support for aircraft undergoing maintenance at MROs
• Liaise with aircraft manufacturers and component vendor for technical structure & cabin issues
• Review cabin items as support to Aircraft introduction project, review Structure/cabin BDDs and convert into AMS control as required
• Support the investigation in relation to reliability issues, SRB risks and IOR/MOR if necessary
• Perform other duties or projects assigned by line manager

Requirements

• At least 8 years or above aviation experience, with at least 5 years of large aircraft Structure/Cabin engineering
• Degree in Engineering, Avionics, Mechanical, Aeronautical or Electrical Engineering
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License holder is preferred
• OEM structure/cabin repair course or equivalent
• Be familiar with maintenance manuals, operational manuals and OEM documents
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Proficient computer skills with database maintenance, MS applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer, Technical Services (Cabin)
