Responsibilities:
- Focus on business development and account management to maximize market share and drive revenue growth from TMC, OTA, travel agencies and corporate clients;
- Proactively prospect for new corporate clients and account expansion;
- Participate in the development and planning of B2B and B2C sales strategies and initiatives;
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all level of client organizations to create value for both the company and local agencies;
- Work with regional and global teams to coordinate tactical initiatives and actively promote the airlines’ branding, value proposition and corporate information in local market;
- Develop customized agency management and solution offerings through in-depth data analysis, opportunity identification, marketing intelligence, deal-making, account planning and review and ongoing contract fulfillment;
- Utilize consultative and value-selling techniques to increase client engagement and value creation; and
- Being the company representative for the industrial associations and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related disciplines;
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in tourism or aviation industry; experience in Tourism or Aviation is a strong advantage;
- Knowledge in ticketing, reservation, GDS systems is a strong advantage;
- Contribute a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to support team collaboration and progress toward shared goals;
- Good time-management and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure; and
- Proficiency in MS Office.
