Responsibilities：

• Approve the NDT/BSI procedures and written practice for the Training and Qualification of NDT/BSI personnel as meeting this requirement and EN4179 as appropriate
• Assign work to Engineer/Assistant Engineer, NDT/BSI         
• Review the NDT Manual and any NDT related written practice every 12 months          
• Perform and certify NDT/BSI task    
• Ensure that NDT/BSI facilities, equipment and tooling are maintained to an acceptable standard and in adequate quantity
• Ensure, through the workforce under his control, that the quality of workmanship in the final output is to a standard acceptable to HKA and HKCAD
• Maintain and enforce all Company and Regulatory Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection measures
• Ensure that any corrective actions resulting from internal audits and quality audits conducted by QA is carried out within the agreed timeframe

Requirements：

• Experience as per The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) or equivalent institution to be verified by NDT Level III
• Experience of engine borescope inspection for T700 and CFM type
• Hold a valid EN4179 or equivalent certificate                                   
• Certificate of T700 and CFM engine type borescope inspection training
• Have received adequate on-the-job training for a prescribed period of time           
• Have basic knowledge of product manufacturing, inspection technology and aircraft structure
• Knowledge of AN, HKAR-145, HKAR-2 and other relevant authority regulations                           
• Pass visual examination
• Fluent speaking and writing in English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer, Non-Destructive Testing/ Borescope Inspection
