We are looking for a passionate person who would like to impact the business by growing and developing people.  He/she will act as an internal consultant to support the development of organizational capability and enhancement of people competency with end-to-end responsibility from designing, developing, implementing and monitoring talent development initiatives, as well as organization development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling full spectrum of talent development functions, including in-house training, external training classes and eLearning platform.
  • Identify training needs, formulate annual and monthly training plan and implement learning & development strategy to meet the business needs and development goals.
  • Develop, deliver and review various training initiatives to enhance the employee’s competencies.
  • Partner with HRBP and business leaders to implement employee engagement strategies, e.g. succession planning, team building, etc
  • Support organizational change initiatives by designing and facilitating workshops and meetings.
  • Source external training, development and assessment providers.
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure proper maintenance of records, supplies and training venue requirements.
  • Manage the annual training budget and prepare training bond agreements.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or other related disciplines.
  • 10 years of working experience in learning and development or talent development field.
  • Knowledge of e-training platforms and people development tools will be an advantage.
  • Presentable, energetic, self-motivated and has excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a must.
