Responsibilities
- Manage and oversea the daily operation of the company kitchen
- Control the quality of food preparation and production to ensure that they meet the company standards
- Design the menu, manage the procurement and inventory, strictly control the cost and quality of ingredients
- Reduce the waste, optimize the storage and use of ingredients
- Ensure the kitchen areas with high standard in food quality, safety & cleanliness
- Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Japanese cuisine restaurant
- Strong passion and determination for the success in F&B industry
- Good knowledge of food production and cooking skills
- Familiar with F&B operation, sourcing and cost control management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Immediate available is preferred
- Work Location: Beijing
