Responsibilities:

• To assist with daily operations and handle customer inquiries (including the end-to-end sales process);
• Execute bookings and follow through in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner;
• Prepare regular reports to ensure budgeted goals are achieved;
• Work closely and liaise with the sales team and suppliers;
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Team; and
• Undertake ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by seniors and management.

Requirements:

• Tertiary Diploma or above in Tourism, Travel or a related field;
• At least 2 years experiences in Travel or Tourism Industry; Experience in travel agent or OTA is highly preferred;
• Good product knowledge, and understanding of tourism destinations;
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and 
• Knowledge in GDS system is an advantage.
