Job Description
- Monitor the sales office’s performance to meet the Company’s requirements and standard levels;
- Drive the sales office to meet sales targets and report to management for decision-marking when required;
- Coordinate the launch of new routes on the distribution channels;
- Manage joint-promotions, sales targets and KPI establishment;
- Establish guideline, policies and VIC schemes with the sales office;
- Review and propose BSP expense and VIC budget costs on a quarterly and yearly basis
- Manage data and optimize processes when improvement areas are identified; and
- Any ad-hoc tasks as per request.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistic or Tourism related discipline;
- At least 3 year experiences in analysis or system management, preferably in tourism related industry;
- Excellent analytical skills and comfortable with figures. Experience in analytic tools usage and management is preferred;
- Strong organizational, time management and ability to multi-task;
- A team player with good communication skills;
- Able to work under pressure and independently;
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; and
- Flexibility and willingness to travel when required.
- Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Officer, Overseas Sales.
