Manager, Frequent Flyer Program

  • Act as the key liaison for FFP’s partnership programs including frequent flyer programs and non-airline partners              
  • Manage FFP member enquires and investigate member complaints
  • Control and enhance the frequent flyer membership database system
  • Coordinate with different internal departments to ensure high level of services are provided to our loyal members
  • Review and evaluate operating results, take steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to enhance program effectiveness
  • Arrange promotional events for members and promote FFP through different channels              
  • Ensure all member activities are conducted in compliance with the relevant administrative and corporate governance requirements
  • Undertake projects as directed by management


  • Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with loyalty program and business development gained in sizable organization, of which 3 years at managerial level
  • Relevant experience in travel / hospitality industry, bank partnership or loyalty program is preferred
  • Strong self-motivation, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Mature, responsible and detail-minded
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills            
  • Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required              
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
