  • Handle and clarify enquiries for membership administration related activities

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints

  • Analyze member engagement data and track performance of activities on a regular basis

  • Conduct training for the new joiners to deliver excellent member service 

  • Plan and implement FFP member recruitment and retention campaigns

  • Assist on any ad-hoc projects or assignments in accordance with business needs



  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with CRM or loyalty program

  • Experience in airport operations is an advantage

  • Sound knowledge in customer services

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
